Suzanne Stabile is a highly sought-after speaker and teacher, known for her engaging laugh, personal vulnerability, and creative approach to Enneagram instruction. She is the coauthor with author Ian Morgan Cron of the bestseller The Road Back to You, the author of The Path Between Us, and the creator and host of The Enneagram Journey podcast.
As an internationally recognized Enneagram Master, Suzanne has conducted over five hundred Enneagram workshops over the past twenty-five years. She has spoken at hundreds of colleges, churches, and conferences across America, and also teaches in the Baylor Health Care System. She has taught at Richard Rohr’s Center for Action and Contemplation and has taught with Father Rohr to an international audience in Assisi, Italy.
When she is not on the road teaching and lecturing, Suzanne is at home in Dallas, Texas, with her husband Rev. Joseph Stabile, a United Methodist pastor with whom she co-founded Life in the Trinity Ministry and the Micah Center.
Juanita Campbell Rasmus, a One, encountered the Enneagram after experiencing a dark night of the soul and the Enneagram became a tool of transformation. As a speaker, author, spiritual director, and contemplative she finds life amazingly exciting with her husband Rudy, an Eight. Together they copastor St. John’s United Methodist Church in downtown Houston. Pastor Juanita has served as a member of the board of directors of Renovaré and she cofounded Bread of Life, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, with Rudy in 1992. Juanita most recently teamed up with Tina Knowles Lawson and Beyoncé to help forty thousand flood victims recover in the wake of Hurricane Harvey in Houston. Juanita’s newest book, 40 Days on Being a One, releases in May of 2021.
Hunter Mobley, a Two, was introduced to the Enneagram years ago when he met master Enneagram teacher, Suzanne Stabile, at a dinner party. After completing an old-fashioned apprenticeship with Suzanne, Hunter now leads Enneagram workshops and retreats around the country, as well as co-leading a year-long cohort on contemplative spirituality and the Enneagram at The Micah Center in Dallas. Hunter is the former executive pastor of Christ Church Nashville, and when he’s not on the road teaching the Enneagram, you can find him tending his law practice in Nashville or teaching at Belmont University’s law school. Hunter’s newest book, 40 Days on Being a Two, releases in October of 2020.
When Sean Palmer first heard about Enneagram Threes he knew that he was one and wondered why everyone else wouldn’t want to be. That introduction to the Enneagram led Sean into a decade long deep dive into self-awareness and study under the Enneagram “godmother” Suzanne Stabile. The teaching pastor at Ecclesia Houston (one of America’s most innovative, missional communities), Sean is a sought-after writer, speaker, teacher, emcee, and speaking coach engaging audiences all over the world. He is currently writing on how the Enneagram intersects with racial justice and public speaking, and his recent book 40 Days on Being a Three reflects on the inner world of Enneagram Threes.
Christine Yi Suh is a Four who believes every person is unique and worthy of being known. Once mistyped as a Two, she believes the intersectional identities we hold deeply inform our relationship with the enneagram. She is a pastor, writer, creative, and spiritual director committed to the work of justice. Her forthcoming book, Forty Days on Being a Four, releases in 2021 and explores her Asian American racial identity, Korean culture, womanhood, and faith formation in light of being an Enneagram Four. She and her partner David live outside Los Angeles and love sharing their Korean heritage with their two kids, Samuel and Ellie.
Morgan Harper Nichols is a poet, visual artist, and musician living in Phoenix, Arizona, with her family. She discovered the Enneagram a few years ago after hearing it discussed on a few podcasts. Upon discovering that she was a Five, for the first time in a long time, she felt seen. Since then, discovering who she is as a Five has become an integral part of her spiritual growth and how she practices the art of being present in daily life. Morgan uses the Enneagram to help find the language for processing thoughts and emotions in both her personal life and creative practice. It has become a valuable tool in how she moves from thinking and into action in relationship with others and the world around her.
Tara Beth Leach has found the Enneagram to be a profoundly transformative tool in her life. She embraces the many superpowers that Sixes possess, like having an escape plan for any potential natural disaster and being fiercely loyal to the people she loves. Tara is a pastor who has served in churches in New York, Chicagoland, and most recently as the senior pastor of First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena in Southern California (“PazNaz”). The author of Emboldened, Kingdom Culture, and Radiant Church, she has two beautiful and rambunctious sons and has been married to the love of her life, Jeff, since 2006.
Gideon Yee Shun Tsang is an artist, writer, photographer, and spiritual leader. He originally hails from the land of beer and bacon, Canada (eh?), but he has been living in Texas for the last twenty years where he was the founding pastor at Vox Veniae, a church in Austin. As an Enneagram Seven, Gideon can be found meandering the country in his van, bike camping in national forests, or cliff jumping into cenotes. His book Forty Days on Being a Seven releases February 2021.
Sandra Maria Van Opstal doesn’t need to take a test to know she’s an Enneagram Eight wing Seven and neither does anyone who has encountered her presence. Sandra is the author of Forty Days on Being an Eight as well as The Next Worship and has enjoyed journeying with the Enneagram personally and in her pastoral ministry. She is the executive director of Chasing Justice, which is a movement which mobilizes people of faith to live justly. Sandra loves Chicago! If you are ever in town her family would love to show you around the west-side where they enjoy murals and eating food from every country south of our border.
Marlena Graves is a writer, seminary professor, and full-time PhD student at Bowling Green State University. She learned about the Enneagram from some writer friends, and it took her some time to figure out her number and wing. How Nine of her! She always wondered why she felt so conflicted inside—then she discovered it’s because she is an Enneagram Nine with an Eight wing. She hopes to demonstrate that Nines can lead diplomatically, have strong opinions, and though they come at you sideways, they shouldn’t be underestimated. The author of A Beautiful Disaster, The Way Up Is Down, and Forty Days on Being a Nine, Marlena lives with her husband and three daughters in Toledo, Ohio.
